PYL prepares many products after an order is placed. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product type, fabric base, printing method, order quantity, customization requirements, shipping destination, carrier availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
This Shipping Policy explains how shipping rates, production timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery issues are handled for orders placed on PYL.com.
PYL ships to the destinations available during checkout. Available shipping countries and regions may change depending on carrier service, logistics restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, local regulations, or other operational factors.
If your destination is not available at checkout, we may be unable to ship to that location at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the products ordered, order weight or volume, shipping destination, selected delivery method, and any applicable shipping promotions.
The best way to view the current shipping cost for your order is to add the desired products to your cart, enter your shipping address at checkout, and review the available shipping options before payment.
Production time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. For custom fabric, print-on-demand products, cut-to-order fabric, or personalized items, production may include file preparation, printing, drying, quality inspection, cutting, finishing, packing, and labeling.
Estimated production times may be shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or order confirmation email. These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, material shortages, high order volume, or when additional quality checks are required.
Available delivery options may vary by destination and product type. During checkout, you may see one or more of the following options if available:
The delivery estimate shown at checkout generally includes carrier transit time after production is completed. Unless expressly stated, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery is the default shipping option for many PYL orders. Standard Delivery is suitable for most fabric and custom product orders where the customer does not require urgent delivery.
Transit times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and seasonal volume. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout when available.
Expedited Delivery may be available for certain destinations and product types. If offered, this option may reduce carrier transit time, but it may not always reduce production time for custom-made, print-on-demand, or cut-to-order products.
Some products, large orders, oversized items, remote destinations, or custom production requirements may not qualify for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping becomes unavailable after order review, we will contact you when possible.
Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact the carrier first when possible, then contact PYL if further support is needed.
Depending on your shipping destination, taxes, VAT, GST, duties, customs fees, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. Some charges may be collected at checkout, while others may be collected by the carrier, customs authority, or local delivery provider upon import or delivery.
PYL is not responsible for customs delays, import inspections, duties, taxes, or fees charged by local authorities or carriers unless expressly stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Please make sure your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, email address, postal code, and delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
PYL is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, loss, additional shipping charges, or replacement costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at admin@pyl.com. Address changes may not be possible after production, packing, or shipment has started.
Orders containing multiple products, fabric types, custom items, or items produced in different facilities may ship separately. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, peak season volume, incorrect address information, remote location delivery, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will do our best to support you if a delay occurs, but PYL cannot guarantee carrier delivery performance once a package has been handed to the shipping provider.
If your package appears lost, missing, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, delivery address, and photos of any damaged packaging or products.
For damaged packages, please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and any packing materials until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require them for review.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, parcel lockers, local delivery points, and the carrier before contacting us.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly on PYL.com. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, reseller, or partner platform, please refer to the shipping policy and customer service process of the platform where the order was placed.
