Most items sold on PYL may be returned for a refund within 30 days upon receiving your order if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
Standard size dresses (final sale excluded) and most accessories:
Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
Please Note:
PYL will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-PYL items that you may have accidentally sent to us.
We won't take back the points, which you get for placing the order. The points will be retained in your account. But the points used for your order will not be refunded.
